- Allowed 2 Withdrawal per month then a $3 excessive withdrawal fee thereafter

Minor/Student Savings (Birth through college graduation)
FNB wants to help young people develop good savings habits. So, for individuals still in school we offer a starter savings account with no monthly service charge and no minimum balance requirement.
